Russell Futures $RTY is looking pretty bullish on the 4 hour and even short term looks like a C&H.
Two concerns shorter term.
1. C&H I prefer at the bottom of a downtrend. They are valid for breakouts as we saw with Nikkei from 62k up the 71 but....
2. Friday's high pivot was
