$NLST Invalidation of 339 by CAFC today was expected. Netlist themselves dropped this patent against MU . I had sold a little at $6, which I redeployed now at $4.9 Ofcourse still a risky stock, but I think this goes the $VICR way for patents. Micron will settle too just like
