SITUATIONAL AWARENESS: I am still not ruling out a cup and handle on $QQQE - with the handle developing right now. Ideally, it holds the 20 MA just below and then rallies off of it to breakout of this small down-trend line. MCSI is going in the wrong direction though ⬇️.
