SITUATIONAL AWARENESS:
$QQQE is just quietly consolidating sideways as it reclaimed the 10 MA. Percent of stocks above 5 SMA bounced from oversold levels while 52w highs/lows improved. MCSI is just moving sideways. No major red flags yet. But I would like to see $QQQE price
