$NBIS Pennsylvania 1.2GW DC Rezoning Update
I called Supervisor Dave Kessler, who told me the ordinance clearing Phase 3 for datacenter development was not voted on tonight, and will be taken up at a later date.
Let me say this. I fully expect the ordinance to pass.
