$SVRA Savara seems like a great buy here, drug works. Pulmonary commercial launches have been impressive ($VRNA, $LQDA , $INSM ) since patients want to breathe. aPAP is rare, often misdiagnosed, I expect prevalence to increase once all pulmonologists start testing for it
