$SGA I suspect Saga's buildings and towers are worth more than their carrying value (see recent tower sale). Gate City and Towerview LLC likely know the market value.

$GTN Below is what I don't like about today's report. They added $249 million in debt. I understand that they've added several additional melting ice cubes to their melting ice cube portfolio, but they remain melting ice cubes nonetheless. Unless they're buying at the low-end of
$WEN Wendy's is such an iconic brand that I just can't envision it not bouncing back from its current depressed state. I suspect private equity will buy it before it that happens however. Take it private at $10. Spend a couple of bucks polishing it up. IPO it at $22. Easy money.
