$1,000 follows their calls into $999
Marc@NeuralCadenceToday marks the first time in more than 8 months that I’ve bought Nebius shares again! The price is simply too cheap to ignore at these levels. $NBIS
Marc@NeuralCadenceDiscounting that back at 20% over 5 years gives $411. Applying a 30% margin of safety results in a fair value of $288. $NBIS
Marc@NeuralCadenceAssuming Nebius has 5 GW of active power in 2031, rents it out at an average price of $22.5M per MW, has 500 million shares outstanding, and achieves a 22.5% EBIT margin, applying a 20x EBIT multiple would result in a 2031 share price of approximately $1,025. $NBIS
Marc@NeuralCadenceThis gives some context to the $SPCX commitment to $NVDA and is also very bullish for $NBIS & $CRWV.
tae kim@firstadopter$500 billion will likely go mainly to neoclouds/OpenAI/Anthropic/SpaceX and NOT the top three hyperscalers (Amazon, Microsoft, Google). Jensen just figured out a way to rapidly level up the smaller guys against the hyperscalers with their ASICs.
Marc@NeuralCadenceOne thing the markets completely misunderstand about $AVGO is that demand is so high that if Broadcom has the supply for $230B in 2028, they will sell it. If OpenAI and Anthropic cannot pay, Microsoft, Meta, and Google will because they need the compute.
