At this point, it wouldn’t be much of an exaggeration to say:
Proximity to $NVDA isn’t everything. It’s the only thing.
P.S. Think I stole this line from an old movie. But can’t remember which one, someone help me out?
$NVDA acquiring Hugging Face is the equivalent of Microsoft acquiring GitHub, just for sovereign AI.
With GitHub, Microsoft reached 180M+ developers and penetrated 90% of the Fortune 100.
With Hugging Face, NVIDIA is potentially claiming an even larger share of the open AI
$NBIS opening red on news of $NVDA acquiring Hugging Face and asserting its dominance over the open AI ecosystem, a key component of the Nebius thesis, means a big part of the market is simply retarded.
$ZETA is getting hot.
The market is finally catching up to David Steinberg being out in the real world 24/7, understanding enterprises as well as anyone, and now embracing the forward-deployed engineering model.
This means Zeta is now basically sending its engineers out into
$NVDA asserting its dominance over the open AI ecosystem is also extremely exciting for $NBIS and $PLTR.
In my view, this is major thesis validation for both:
• Nebius as the token factory infrastructure hosting and serving these open models.
• Palantir as the application
Gavin Baker: “You can kind of get to a 9–10 month payback for Nebius.”
I had to rewatch this sequence three times (11:50), but he really did say this.
Gavin’s argument is actually more bullish than the one $NBIS itself gave in Q2.
Nebius said its new Q2 deals have an expected
NASA awarded Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin a Mars contract worth up to $700M.
There’s no confirmation $RKLB actually submitted a final bid, but Rocket Lab has been publicly pitching its own Mars telecom orbiter, so I think it’s pretty reasonable to assume they were interested.

And not only that, but a future in
