Just purchased some $CYBT$CYBT.CN ahead of today's earnings. S/O to @KairosPraxis for putting this one on my radar quite a while ago. Should have bought sooner.
I've spent a fair amount of time research and modeling $POCI and essentially anyway you look at it, the equity is worth considerably more than where it currently lies.
The current valuation doesn't price in too much and essentially treats any other program as a call option. But
$BL is at levels I haven't seen since I was in high school in 2017.
For so long there was takeover interest from $SAP - it's largest client. But that turned out to be a flop. There are activists on the board. This feels like ripe for Thoma Bravo or some other SaaS PE shop LBO.
I think one way to conceptualize an investment in $CDTI is viewing it from a VC-esque lense. What they are doing is real, but small scale currently. It's reminiscent of early-stage VC. You're betting on deals eventually being signed with potential for eventual dilution. And is
