I find it fascinating how many people on this platform seemingly have 1-theme portfolios. They’re all in on a single theme; pick your favorite, AI, memory, photonics, etc.; and they’ll fight to the end of time with anyone who disagrees with their thesis. You can see it in real
$TPL had a fantastic quarter. Record revenue, record net income and record free cash flow.
Some of that is simply oil; they realized $97.55 per barrel and they're unhedged, so earnings obviously benefited. I don't think anyone should ignore that.

At $530 that’s ~26.5x forward adjusted, down from the mid-40s forward when this traded above $900.
