BAT@BATMongooseLots of details left to discern but key near-term are Yutrepia PH- ILD sales. With suits dismissed nothing to stop off-label prescribing. I'm sure $UTHR knows this and suspect we might see a separate royalty for both Yutrepia and L606 soon. Would put us on the path back to $2B
BAT@BATMongoose$LQDA and $UTHR stipulate to dismiss all lawsuits. Looks like $LQDA won't get PH-ILD label so will still need off label prescribing. Also continues to carry forward L606 for PH-ILD as well. Not quite best case but close.
