Tiny drops in Strategic Petroleum Reserve crude stocks last week. Overall stocks eased 1.2-million barrels thanks to a 500,000 bbl decline in sweet and a drop of about 800,000 bbl for sour. Total inventories now at 285.4-million barrels.
